Vehicle prices, starting prices, current bids, sourcing fees, and other applicable charges are displayed on the relevant vehicle page, auction page, pricing page, quotation, or invoice.

USD amounts displayed on the website may be provided for convenience. Auction records, vehicle settlement, Purchase Reserve amounts, and final invoices may be calculated or settled in JPY.

Vehicle sourcing and auction transactions may require a Purchase Reserve before bidding.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Purchase Reserve must be received and cleared before CarBike Japan enables bidding or places a bid on behalf of the customer.

Following a successful purchase or auction result, the remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated on the invoice or payment instructions.

Bids are binding once submitted and accepted by the auction system.

For CarBike Japan-owned inventory auctions, where a reserve price applies, the vehicle will be treated as sold only when the auction conditions are satisfied, including the applicable reserve requirement.

The highest valid bidder satisfying the applicable auction conditions may be designated as the winning bidder when the auction closes.

A successful auction bid or confirmed vehicle purchase is generally non-cancellable.

If a customer fails to complete payment or otherwise defaults after a binding purchase, the Purchase Reserve may be applied toward cancellation charges, auction penalties, transportation, storage, resale losses, administrative expenses, or other actual costs, subject to the applicable agreement and policies.

Used vehicles are sold on an As-Is, Where-Is basis unless CarBike Japan expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Because each used vehicle is unique, returns or exchanges based on age, mileage, cosmetic condition, wear, deterioration, or matters reasonably disclosed before purchase are generally not accepted.

Nothing in this disclosure excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Auction bidding is available only during the applicable auction period.

Vehicle quotations, payment instructions, and sourcing proposals are valid only for the period stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, email, auction listing, or other transaction documentation.
